With Hilton EventReady with CleanStay and the already launched Hilton CleanStay, stringent cleaning protocols are covered. Hilton is committed to letting its guests feel more at ease when visiting any Hilton property in the world no matter if they are staying or attending events or meetings.
The hotel giant is aiming to make it easy on guests as far as flexibility goes when booking, and it's also going out of its way to offer the cleanest possible spaces to quell any fears of event attendees. According to Chris Nassetta, Hilton CEO, the hotel giant fully understands that people who plan and attend events or meetings have safety and health on their minds especially at a time like this with COVID-19 still hanging around.
Earlier in the year, Hilton introduced its CleanStay program and partnered with the Mayo Clinic and Reckitt Benckiser, the company that makes Lysol. The hotel chain is working with experts and always trying to improve its disinfection and cleaning protocols to give all parties greater peace of mind.
The goal of the new initiative, Hilton EventReady with CleanStay, is to offer flexibility in planning along with cleanliness policies that inspire confidence in guests. Hilton EventReady with CleanStay policies were largely inspired by feedback from guests as well as detailed research by the hotel.
To host events safely and responsibly, Hilton will offer an atmosphere with social distancing in mind and will also use elevated procedures for cleanliness and sanitation. That's not all. Spaces will be thoroughly cleaned to the highest standards between events. Once the venue is properly cleaned and ready, the Hilton CleanStay Event Room Seal will be applied.
While Hilton wants to provide a safe experience for its guests and employees alike, it also wants events or meetings attendees to have a good time. Hilton is striving to offer innovative technology as well as inspiring food and beverage choices to ensure that all are comfortable, pleased and safe.
