A brand new dining experience is weeks away from launching inside the Hilton Garden Inn on Stony Brook University’s campus.
Northern Coast Kitchen and Cocktails is opening on July 26 at the hotel; it’s open to the public and will offer room service to guests in the hotel.
According to a release, the new restaurant offers a laid-back but intimate dining experience with an open concept dining room with spaced-out tables.
The menu features a variety of meals to choose from, including burgers, flatbreads, salads, and more. A breakfast buffet is also offered made-to-order and dinner upon the eatery’s initial opening.
After settling in, Northern Coast Kitchen and Cocktails plan on adding a lunch menu within the month.
Northern Coast Kitchen and Cocktails’s team is capable of hosting private parties ranging from 15 to 175 guests in a separate event space.
“Overall, Northern Coast aims to be a place where anyone can go — whether it’s a date night, family dinner, catching up with an old friend, no matter the occasion this is your place,” the restaurant’s team said. “We are looking forward to becoming a hidden gem to Stony Brook and your new go-to spot!”
