SAGINAW, MI — Stepping inside Saginaw’s historic and supposedly haunted Schuch Hotel is almost like stepping back in time.
The hardwood flooring and much of the tin ceiling are original to the approximately 150-year-old building, the stately bar and oversized antique mirror beside it are eye-catching, and the stein collection numbers in the thousands. Underground tunnels used during the prohibition era are still located beneath it.
