Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
In a statement, MyDigital Office (MDO) says Broadvine’s technology will boost its growth.
Ali Moloo, founder and CEO of MDO says: “Budgeting and forecasting is the number one thing that our customers have asked us for over the last 18-24 months. This acquisition instantly rounds out our platform to create a truly end-to-end hotel performance management system.”
