A new joint concept hotel is coming to Hoover’s Stadium Trace Village.
Construction will begin next year on a Hilton Homewood Suites 10.0 and Hilton Garden Inn next spring, according to an an announcement today.
The twin concept hotel will have a shared lobby. Homewood Suites will be an extended stay hotel with kitchenettes in each of the 99 rooms, while the Hilton Garden Inn will offer 100 rooms for guests staying for one to two nights.
Southern Hospitality Services, LLC is developing the property with plans to break ground in Spring 2022 at the Stadium Trace Village mixed-use development.
The cost of the project was not announced.
Roy Patel, president of Southern Hospitality Services, said the innovative concept hotel “will further elevate Stadium Trace Village as a destination for the community and visitors to the area.”
Stadium Trace Village developer Will Kadish, director of development and dispositions for Lawrence Kadish Real Estate, said the project fulfills a promise of bringing a premium hotel brand to Hoover.
“Stadium Trace Village has proven to be a local favorite to shop and eat, and now we can welcome out-of-town guests and visitors to join us, as well,” Kadish said.
