Paris Hilton shares footage of beachside engagement after extravagant wedding - Page Six

Paris Hilton has revealed intimate footage of Carter Reum’s February proposal just days after they’ve said “I Do.”

“I grew up reading fairytales and dreaming of my ‘happily ever after’,” the socialite, 40, wrote alongside the video. “Now that I’ve finally found mine, I can’t wait to share it with you for the rest of our lives.”

In the clip both Hilton and the venture capitalist, also 40, are dressed in all white as they walk down to a cabana on the beach that reads “marry me” across the top.

Reum then gets down on one knee and tells Hilton, “From that first day we started texting there were so many magical lightning bolts and over the last 14 months you’ve let me into your world, you’ve let me realize who the real Paris is. Kind, authentic, smart, playful and fun.”

Carter Reum got down on one knee and popped the question to Paris Hilton in February 2021.

The “Stars are Blind” singer appears to get emotional as the proposal, filmed for Hilton’s latest reality series “Paris In Love,” continues.

“Very quickly thereafter I couldn’t imagine my life without you,” Reum says. “I’m hoping you’re going to hold my hand, keep my heart close for the rest of our lives for the good days and the bad days.”

“So Paris,” he said before pausing briefly to pull out a custom emerald-cut diamond engagement ring. “Will you marry me, Paris?”

“Yes,” she responds before leaning down to kiss her hubby-to-be. “I love you.”

This was Hilton’s fourth engagement but first time getting married.

Hilton, who married Reum on Thursday, shared that the special moment is featured in the first episode of “Paris In Love.”

“You’re the first man I’ve opened my heart to and shown who the ‘Real’ Paris is,” she added to the video’s caption. “I’m so excited to share our most beautiful love story. 💫 11/11 will always be the most important day in my heart. ❤️ #JustMarried #ForeverHiltonReum”

Hilton and Reum’s Bel-Air wedding was a star-studded event with celeb guests Kim Kardashian, Nicole Richie, Emma Roberts, Paula Abdul and more in attendance.

The celebrations are expected to continue with special events throughout the weekend.
